GOAL
To support and enhance global collective awareness by providing training in E.M. Methods and providing a E.M. Process of sustainable cocreative collaboration (through a variety of simple activities) to its members.

CHALLENGE
By applying Elements Management methods and participating in the E.M. Collaboration activities, achieve an advanced quality of a global collective state of awareness and collaboration.
EXPERIENCE & QUALITY
Along to the development of this simple collaboration activities, the experience and quality of the collective consciousness, perception, presence and awareness, will expand, advance and evolve. A new frequency and rate of vibrational collective presence expressed through daily life and collaboration activities, grounded into the NOW, will manifest and will be experienced.

PROJECT PROCESS
The project process will evolve in complexity as its members advance their capacity, skills necessary to achieve a state of collective consciousness and advance the quality of its frequency.
The project members will start at a stage zero, then later one, two and three, according to the skills achived, responsibility, participation and development.
Elements Management methods applied along a matrix of processes and fields of experiences (described as EM900) provides a sustainable cocreative collaboration process with multilevel and multidimesional effects on the state of consciousness, perception and awareness of a collectivity.
Elements management works with the same principles and methods on many fields of experience: from an individual state of presence and awareness, to 1-2-1 collaboration, collective processes, cultural and nature integration, no located activities, presence in a global scale and tunning with the planetary (or cosmic or nature) stream of harmonic and evolving presence and consciousness.
From the inner sacred space of your heart up to prime source, Elements Managements methods activate and empower the awakening of a global collective state of awareness and collaboration.

The kind of collective consciousness the E.M. Methods can trigger in the collectivity has following qualities:

Along the process, project members and project team members will achieve qualified skills as E.M. Practitioners and could apply for a E.M. Test for E.M. Certification as E.M. Professionals according to EM900 Standard, and in that way qualify for E.M. Job Positions or advance their performance as E.M Entrepreneurs or E.M. Professionals (Consultants, advisers, facilitatores), or integrate their E.M. Know how and experience into own companies or services and qualify for the E.M.900.Network and Market Place.

HOW MUCH WILL COST YOU TO PARTICIPATE
PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The costs will be initially covered by L.D. MAldonado Fonken at stages zero and one.

The project members will also care about the sustainability and self sustainability of the project by collaborating with its development.
There are many possible strategies that can be used to generate sustainability and self-sustainability.
At stages zero and one of development participation and respect for the collaboration environment is espected. At stages two and three, to collaborate with sustainability and self sustainability activities will be a participation condition.
For any stage of participation additional conditions might apply, for example a membership and participation fee no higher than 3EM$ per year. please see our forum threads for more information.
ROLE OF THE E.M. ACADEMY
FUNCTION
Along to each stage of development of this project, the E.M. Academy will provide training and will support collaboration process with suitable methods, coaching and advice.
The main goal is that the project members that decide by themselves to take responsibility of the whole project will receive the necessary support to do it.
The function of E.M. services and E.M. Professionals is to facilitate the process, provide a nourishing environment, support project team to enhance their performance and support project members achieve their goal.
By facilitating training in E.M. Methods, E.M. Academy provide a common ground of experiences, languages and skills, advance the capacity of project members and cocreate the possibility of advanced consciouss collective awareness and collaboration in a global scale.
PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS
Project members are welcome to apply in order to become a TEAM MEMBER.

The courses for team members will not cost, but a commitment of collaboration with the project will be necessary.
