A global transformation is only possible when individuals access the experience and wisdom of past generations and bring the best of it to the future.

Humans on earth have been living with a non sustainable attitude, their education, culture, economy, resources management, market, industries, city management, arts, health services, agriculture, research, politics, do not express the inteligence of sustainability.

Experienced managers and leaders after 50 years of commited work into their own fields of knowledge, companies, or projects; after achieving a sucessfull completion of their goals, agree that the their own development could be more easy, wiser, and more sustainable. With same amount of resources, sustainable design and management of the sustainability of collaboration and development process, higher performance and results with a sustainable future could be achieved.A sustainable future that do not envolve only individual interest but that ensure the sustainability of the community and location, nation and global village.

As growth is not the measure of business excelence, but business excellence is expresssed by the capacity of an organization or group of individuals to achieve a state of sustainable stable quality of living and development, based on a quality of experience of collaboration and collective awareness.

Since the industrial revolution, the machine-sation of human collaboration process, did weak the power of human beings. Modern culture is unconscious, like a child playing into the wild rainforests, unconscious of the meaning of human daily life actions and consequences for their future.

Modern individuals care for own interests only; as soon those interest are fulfilled the purpose of collaboration do not exist any more for them. Modern culture creates weakness in human capacity of collaboration and sustainable living. In ancient times, community colaboration was necessary for survival. Every individual was aware of the importance of the community for shelter, nourishment, health, and sustainable living. Every generation was aware of their role into the chain of perpetual presence of the human species on earth, of their own culture, family, clan. Nowadays, becouse the ilussion of the safety-of-standards-of-the-modern-way-of-living, the natural state of alert and awareness regards collective collaboration and responsibility for the achievement of quality of life and sustainable living almost desapeared.

The human collectivity on earth is arriving to a peak of experience, in which only with awareness, conscious collaboration, will be possible to achieve a sustainable way of living. The modern culture is the result of a  behavior which follows a sustainable self destructive pattern ("inteligence"), which can be found in almost every modern cultural expression.

At the same time, modern culture unconsciously, find it self at the edge of its life time, like a blind man walking at the edge of a cliff, who only will survive by developing advanced sensory skills, and advanced state of awareness.

It seems like, modern cultures and individuals are still captured by the high/low voltage stream of the process of acomplishing own goals, in most cases wishes of sucess that drive them into taking risks and consuming own resources, time and damaging of own capacity and possibilities to achieve a sustainable way of living. Â

Modern human beings are self-hypnotized, self-conditionated by own wishes and ideas regards how they should achieve a suscessfull life, what is sucessfull life and when they should achieve it. Into their desparate intent, humans lose the capacity to identify the diffrences between the frequencies of their mechanichal intent of accomplishing a sustainable self destruction, and the natural inner voice which with an extreme high tone remind them, in a message without words, in the form of a feeling or sensation, that there is something truelly important they need to do, to accomplish, but they dont know how, also dont know what is it.

Modern human minds, without rest, intent to take the right-track, wishing  they will finally will feel complete. But as their minds and patterns of behavior, feeling and thinking are not educated to perceive and identify the nature of the source of own real needs, end up commiting to a variety of projects that do not calm their feeling of urgencyand sense of living. 

It seems like the sensitive side of the modern human culture feel itself at the edge of a great event, wish to participate in it, but do not realize what the event is, neither what they need to do individually in order to be part of it, nor what consequences this great even will carry for them and their future or the future of their species.

Into this context we find young entrepreneurs and starters, bringning new innovative and creative ideas and necessary services to the market, providing new opportunities for community development, city development and know how development; but as well, new job opportunities in new fileds whe individuals need new kind of skills in order to become able to care for a new type of responsibility.

Young entrepreneuers face the challenges of the modern culture world, by utilizing a business plan designed by aplying non sustainable concepts and strategies. Probably their business plans are good enough to generate a fast growth, high profit and fast development, but not enough inteligent to sustain a stable development, avoid debts and credits nor to produce a quality of experience nor to transfer knowledge and experience to future generations.

Young entrepreneurs risk their future, by not applying a sustainable design, becouse of lack of wise advice. Young entrepreneurs risk to damage  their unique opportunities of development.

On the other side of the chain, top business managers and community leaders experience challenges that are unique into their nature. Even their intent to cocreate sustainable way of living, they experience the need to use non sustainable strategies and non sustainable systems of development (most of them do not realize the difference betwwen non sustainable tools and sustainable tools).

An almost unperceptible dicotomy (manifests) between wanting to achieve a sustainable goal and dont knowing any other methods than the ones provided by a know how that produces sustainable self destruction.

The argument that many of this modern sustainability managers uses to explain their lack of quality of an integral sucess is the unexistance of methods that work sucessfully into a non sustaiable environment. It is like they seems to mean that their wishes of sustainability will be enough to transform a non sustainable living method into a sustainability tool, utilized in order to create sustainable living. A simple example will be a fireman that explain why the fire cannot be controled, becouse at the fireman school didint learn any other strategy tagainst fire than to use a firegun.

The main reason why sustainable solutions and the presence of the inteligence of multidimensional sustainability in methods and stratgies cannot be recognized, is becouse the perception organs of individuals have not been educated in that way. Modern culture have been educated to give value to a sustainable self destrutive "inteligence".

If the life espectations of a single human is no more than 80 years, that will be a reason why individuals do not care for sustainable living as they do not need to stand the consequences of their actions longer than their own lifes. 80 years is enough time to create a fortune and consume it, plus additional taxes.

This attitude has a high price for the human species on earth. Creating garbage and new more complex challenges for future generations as the past generations will not be there to deal with the problem.

" Garbage into money, money into garbage" the balance of the infinite-economy-cycle do not consider the life costs of the destruction it creates: individuals lifes, creative minds, families living in poorness, abandoned children, nature species desapered and planet resources consumed. The modern economy inteligence, create a cycle of living that drain the planet as a result of its poor inteligence.

The mission of elements management is to bring awareness of this facts, provide sustainable environments where sustainable way of living and behavior can be experienced, facilitate re-education processes (based on self education & natural self development), enhance individual and community capacity, support global collective awarenes, faciliate new job positions and studies in new necessary professional specilizations, bring past and future generations together in a collaborative effort for future, support research and multidisciplinary collaboration, celebrate life and this time, in which the challenge bring us to the edge of our capacity and to the door to our future.
