Motivation Letter from L.D. Maldonado Fonken
In Elements Management we do use a variety of unique methods that helps us learn from nature and from being humans, Â and to cocreate a sustainable collaboration process with the goal to achieve a sustainable quality of living for generatiosn to come.
Our intent with our new  E.M. Cycle of Life workshop is to help students become familiar with a new way of living, which is an expression of human natural and harmonious behavior, and  an expression of nature principles. This is also the goal of all E.M. Study circle, E.M. Academy and E.M. methods and E.M. tools in general.
Modern culture have been developing a behavior that pulls it out, far away from a sustainable way of living, and created the tendence to generate a "sustainable collaborative self destructive way of living"
We experience in this times, the urgent need to become aware of our human condition, situation and possibilities.
The goal of the E.M. Cycle of life is to create a positive reference regards our work, and suggest to you, adults, to motivate your young relatives and friends to interest themselves for E.M. studies as complementary to their schools or professional carrier. But as well to motivate you to participate, experience and study E.M. for your own personal self development and for teh development of your network and owb business or entrepreneurial projects.
E.M. Academy focus on supportting young people that would like to make a change, in a sustainable way, by providing E.M. Certification in 9 levels of expertise. As well teh E.M. Academy welcome professioanls, managers and entrepreneuers that would like to be certified as E.M.900 Standard, and become members of the 30.30.30 Network.
In our times organizations, and companies, that intent to work social or promote sustainability, are by themselves also not sustainable neither express a human sustainable cocreative collaboration process.
E.M. provides a solution for them, and a request to become consistant, and work with tools that also express a high level of responsibility and participation, in a new sustainable world. Â
E.M. empower humans, individuals, organizations, communities and cultures, for the transformation of our modern world into a sustainable world, based on human awareness, where a sustainable way of living will be the natural inheritance we will give to the 9 generations that come after us.

E.M. Life Cycle Notes
Life Cycle notes are a sucession of thoughts, as a poem, that bring us insight into our human situation, into our modern way of living, from another perspective: E.M. intent and achieve a process sensed, outside of the box, and provide an organic development of a new state of collective awareness, collaboration and responsibility.Â
L.D. Maldonado Fonken understood that It is necessary a reference that can become a base for communication, cocreativity, process, organization that humans can use in order to collaborate with each other
Nature principles are experienced by humans in every culture, language, sex, profession, believe.Â
EM offers a standard and a language that referes to experiences of nature, myths and archetypes present in all human cultures and environments.
EM offers a solution, a possibility for humans to take in consideration, a solution that can be experienced in an organic way, in each individual, as well as in a group or collectivity, with benefits on persoanl development; a solution that can be verified in a collective collaboration process, a solution that can be implemented in an organization, a solution based on the most complex and variable of the organization factors: to be human.Â

When we observe our lifes we know we look for a certain quality of experience.
We would like this quality of experience to be permanent.
We look for a sustainable way of living with a high quality of life.
We understand that human high performance need to be accord to sustainable living.
But we realize that humans behavior is not sustainable.
As all nature kingdoms inteligence and behavior in nature has the tendence to bring into balance and harmony to whole earth and all its ecosysthems.
We observe human history and become objective about humans creation.
We observe humans express a sustainable self destructive behavior.
We assume humans are not earthians.
We assume humans are not an expression of nature.
As nature do not express itself as self destructive.
Humans has certain qualities and inteligence, that makes them enough sensitive and skillfull to change
Humans are able to transform themselves and express a high inteligence
There for, we assume, humans can also express nature principles
In that sense, humans need to achieve a high performance by expressing own true qualities
Humans can achieve a collective state of awareness and consciousness able to manifest a high performance
Humans need to become able to lead a sustainable cocreative emotional collaboration process But humans are of many qualities and skills
It is necessary a reference that can become a base for communication, cocreativity, process, organization that humans can use in order to collaborate with each other
